We’re Kyle and Chuck, a son and his dad, restoring a 1978 Porsche 928 together. It’s an early US-spec car with the 4.5-liter V8 and K-Jetronic fuel injection, the kind of 928 that started it all.
We’re doing as much of the work ourselves as we can: the teardown, the wiring, the doors, the planning. Where it makes sense to bring in specialists, like the interior leatherwork, we’re choosing high-end, OEM-quality parts and materials over cheap covers.
We started this site so friends, family and fellow 928 fans can follow along: the progress, the plans, and the real costs, as it happens.
